Built for leaders who've mastered execution...
Haldco is an executive mentorship and leadership advisory practice founded by Cory Haldeman. We work with a small number of senior leaders and organizations each year, helping them navigate inflection points with the clarity, capability, and confidence required to lead at the next level.
This isn't coaching at scale. It's a practice built for depth, rigor, and lasting impact.

Our Approach
We work at the intersection of strategy and execution
The best leaders don't have all the answers. They build the conditions for clarity, alignment, and momentum. They create space for their teams to think, challenge assumptions, and move with conviction.
We prioritize
depth over scale.
We work with 3–5 mentorship clients per quarter and a handful of advisory engagements per year. This allows us to go deep, stay present, and deliver real impact. You're not a number. You're a partner.
We bring enterprise transformation experience.
You don't need another cheerleader. You need someone who's been in the room and knows what good looks like. We bring honest feedback and the perspective that only comes from two decades of leading transformation at scale.
We prioritize truth over comfort.
You don't need another cheerleader. You need someone who's been in the room, and can tell you what you're missing. We bring honest feedback, and the perspective that only comes from two decades leading transformation at scale.
The Founder
Cory Haldeman founded Haldco after two decades leading sales transformation at Adobe, marketing transformation at Verizon, and serving as Chief Transformation officer at Code and Theory.
He's built marketing organizations, modernized operations, and led teams through digital transformation, restructures, and strategic pivots. He's been the operator in the room and the strategist at the table. He's launched products, navigated M&A integrations, and built the systems that scale impact without burning people out.
But the work that's always stayed with him isn't just what he built—it's who leaders became in the process. The conversations that mattered most weren't the strategy decks or the roadmaps.
They were the one-on-one moments: helping a VP navigate a career-defining pivot, coaching a leader through a high-stakes board presentation, walking someone through how to build influence when the org chart says they shouldn't have any.
After years leading transformation inside organizations, Cory realized the work he found most fulfilling was developing leaders—helping them see patterns they couldn't see alone, build capabilities they didn't know they needed, and lead with clarity and conviction through the moments that define careers.

The Next
Level Project
The Next Level Project is Haldco's private mentorship initiative—a laboratory for leadership built for emerging transformation leaders navigating their next inflection point.
We work with 3–5 leaders per quarter through 90-day mentorship sprints focused on building clarity, courage, and craft. Once a year, we run an invite-only cohort for a small group of leaders navigating similar challenges.
The Next Level Project isn't coaching at scale. It's intentionally small, deeply focused, and built for leaders who don't need cheerleading—they need a thought partner who's been in the room and knows what it takes to lead at the next level.
